hi i bought a item from ebay back in april and i thought it was been sent out as i got a tracking number and i looked up the number and it it said it was on its way then a few days later i checked ebay and found out the seller was no longer registered so i opened a dispute on paypal and i checked the tracking number again saying it had been delivered to a different address
