Thank you for your post! Are you asking about a PayPal-branded credit card? While PayPal has credit products available in some countries, it is not possible for PayPal to offer credit cards in all countries. If the menu in the upper left-hand corner of the PayPal home page in your country does not have any credit cards listed, there are no PayPal credit cards offered in your country.
If you have a credit card from a different card issuer, it can be added to your PayPal account as a payment method for payments sent through PayPal.
