how do we get contact us page in PayPal ?

its so hard to just get a way to contact PayPal . not even contact us working ?

Found it easier through the website than the app, but no operators online so waiting for a reply

nothing like support ticket . and contact us . email . almost nothing . I don't know where to find it , neither in websites.
