i dont have money in my paypal account but i want to pay with my card but paypal say :Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time what is the problem

Have you linked and confirmed your card to your paypal account with the 4 digit code?

Is it a US card being linked to a US paypal account?

Is it a card paypal acccepts?

Are there available funds on the card?
