help with some one getting into my paypal

i had 2 trandsactions on 27th witch i did not do and paypal will not help i got my bank to stop the money but now showing -2350 witch i did not do paypal do not want to know any one had this problem etc

i also got this email but they not done it and close the case authorised

Me too, i have had a lot of money taken and all paypal keep saying to me is that it wasnt unauthorised, when it definately was unauthorised. I cant raise any more disputes as they closed the last one. 

I dont know what else to try. Has anyone had the same? or can anyone advise something else?

Due to covid i cant even call them 😞
