hi, I have recently sold an item through depop, the payment stayed on hold. the buyer now isnt happy with the item so they raised a dispute against me and then we came to an agreement that she will need to send back the item and she will get a full refund, i have now received the item and I want to refund her the amount thats on hold but paypal is telling me to use my card. is there a way paypal can release the money thats on hold for her. or do i pay from my own personal account and once thats done the money on hold comes to me?? please help as I am confused

Honestly you might be in a bit of trouble, Paypal tell you they will send the money once the item has been delivered, but they won’t, they’ll keep the money for a longgggg time, might not even send it, they’re cheap like that
