Good evening everyone .
I won an item on ebay auction then straight away paid for it with my paypal balance .
24 h later seller canceled order .
Now on ebay it says cancellation pending and i can either choose : I haven't paid for it or i have paid and received refund .
None of these apply to me as i haven't received refund .
And my paypal account says that i have paid for it .
I messaged seller and he says that paypal put my money on hold .
Can anybody explain to me - whats going on ??
or i just need to chill out and tomorrow it all will be fine ?
