e-bay problem

sometime back  we received 8 negs. we went away for a couple of days during the xmas holidays and we had our out of office on,,a buyer said they tried to contact us but we didn't return there calls this upset the buyer and they gave us the 8 negatives at this time we started seeing our sales drop..we have contacted e-bay several  times asking to have what we feel is totally unfair feedback retracted but to no luck...now we have another problem..we were having problems with double listings ( we have heard from 4 others that had the same problem)   all were told it was the sellers fault..our computer tech said it was e-bays fault..trouble was we sold a record and it should have been deleted by the computer but wasn't therefore causing doubles and e-bay has, we have been told demoted us even more..we used to have over 1,000 listings but we cut that back  because of low sales to around 600 , with e-bay talking suspension unless we upped our sales  ( how can we change that  when were so far back from other sellers  they never see us )  anyhow we lost money for the first time last month and we cut back to 71 listings so we may have no other choice but to follow the other sellers leaving e-bay after around 12 years with e-bay we were told by another  seller to contact pay-pal the e-bay people are like talking to the wall...hope you can help...thanks ...hardingrecords
