My buyer says he has not received the parcel. However, I have his correct address, and a signature from him as proof of delivery. I worry that he used a credit card to pay at Paypal, and then he will claim his money back. Then in turn Paypal will deduct his money from my account. It is a lot of money, and I cannot see Paypal standing the loss, despite them saying that I am cover by their seller protection. Paul.

If he have trackable proof of delivery from an approved paypal courier then you should (a) win any dispute for non receipt of item (b) hopefully be covered by paypals seller protection.
