i have my card linked and i am waiting for the confirmation the 4 digits message, but someone sent me some money. will i still be able to recieve payment if the credit card linked on my Paypal is not verified or confirmed yet
You can still receive payment into your PayPal account while card is being confirmed. Just leave the payment in the balance until you can get the card confirmation completed to be on the safe side.
