Can anyone supply an email address for Paypal other than through help and resolution centre?

PayPal does not have customer service email address to give out. You can contact PayPal this way:

  1. Log on.
  2. Click HELP at the top menu.
  3. Scroll down and click CONTACT US.
  4. Scroll down to click CALL US or the other contact options.

Or contact via social media:
