Paypal made a resolution to where I receive a refund, but only if I pay to return the item back to the seller. I don't understand why I need to pay out of my own pocket for a mistake that the seller made. It doesn't make sense for this to be my responsibility. Has anyone else had this happen to them? Is there anything I can do?
