Why do I need to pay for listing fees on eBay if I haven't sold anything?

eBay seller fees are ridiculous. They are fake fees as well. They are designed to give you the illusion that you will have to pay them only after you have actually sold anything, but if you leave a listing open for more than a few days, then, after 60 days or something (some pre determined amount of time), then, they deduct the amount from you credit card automatically. This is like stealing from you!

You pay a listing fee (unless stated it is free) and you may pay for certain types of auctions / photos or upgrades.

Then you pay a final listing fee if the item sells.

FEES are listed in Ebays user agreement.

However it has nothing to do with Paypal so your best bet is to ask on Ebays forums any other Ebay related queries.
