Why can't I see the remaining balance of my Visa gift cards?

I have tried several different sites, including everything I could try on paypal.com, to try and find the remaining balance on my Visa gift cards. However, Paypal seems to make this impossible and I am clueless on how to find out how much is left on my gift cards.

A lot of people sure don't have an answer to this. Is this a common problem? If so, why can't the answer be found anywhere?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community, I'm happy to provide any assistance I can. As PayPal doesn't have any Visa cards, this wouldn't be something you can check with PayPal. I would advise reaching out to Visa to check the balance on your cards. Hopefully they're able to help! 🙂
