Every time I try to link Paypal to Facebook ads I get this error, I have been getting this error for more than a month. (Note I previously connected this PayPal to Facebook and canceled pre-approved payment almost a year ago and after that, I haven't been able to connect). Any help would be appreciated.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
