Not sure if I am being scammed or not. I recently sold a ring on market place. He was paying through PayPal the amount was $3,200 I sent him the ring overnight through FedEx I received a email saying that the buy needed to send me an extra $500 so because I needed to be upgraded to a business account in order for me to receive all of myfunds and once he sends me the extra 500 I have to send it back to him through cash app and take a screenshot proving that I sent it back to him before my money would be credited to my PayPal account. Does this sound right or do you think I'm being scammed?
