@Stephmapp

Not sure how we can possibly know the answer to that one.

We don't have a list of every seller worldwide that accepts paypal.

This appears to be fraudulent!  We know of nothing remotely like "WAN XING <removed>" and will report the fraud to Pay Pal -- if that is possible!

What is this? I have a charge for $39.99 and have no idea why.

I was investigating this as well.

The price I was charged ($69.95) matches up well with some software I bought (Dr. Fone) to try to restore my iPhone firmware to an earlier iOS version.

Word to the wise: it didn't work, so I can't endorse the software. But it didn't appear illegitimate.

I dont know who "he" is - but I just got a charge for $74.94 on my card - and I just ordered/paid that exact amount online for Filmora X for Mac - Perpetual Plan - so I am assuming he's the company or person that I ordered it online....it's through http://www.iskysoft.com - if that helps at all

Can confirm--I came here to find out who this was. But I forgot I also have a subscription to Filmora.
