Updated browser but still get error message at a specific site

I've been trying to purchase an upgrade at Corel.com but keep getting an error message that my browser is outdated. I've checked the Chrome website and I am at the latest version. I tried with IE and Edge with the same result. I used the link to check that my browser is up to date and all of them get the Paypal connection OK message. Corel help insists that the problem is still on my side, however, I've used Paypal weekly since June 30th with no issues. Corel is the only site I have issues with. Is there anything else I can do on my end?
