I am unable to send or receive any money with my paypal account. I have tried to send multiple times but it keeps saying there is an error. My child also tried to send me money but it wouldn't allow him. PLEASE HELP!
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
