any one have this issue when trying to transfer there Paypal balance to there bank its given me this error message...We're unable to complete this transaction right now. Please try again later.
as in later i've been trying for 4 days to transfer my money there isn't any body in the call centre at the moment coz of the corona virus and no seems to reply in the message centre...i'm stuck and don't know what to do all oi want is to transfer my Paypal balance to my bank account.
