Seeing if company is legit

Could anyone tell me if this company is legit https://www.diskssshop.com/

I placed an order April 2nd, they put in a tracking number May 21st with China Post.

The tracking number was received, but no product was delivered to China Post.

This has been in limbo since May 21, I filed a claim with PayPal because I didn't know if it's a scam.

Nothing has happened with what I ordered, nothing has been done by PayPal.
