Victim of eBay gift card scam. Ok I can deal with that. The card had to be used on eBay though. These cards have a number for a reason. The purchases should be traceable. PayPal should be able to make the connection between the card and the purchases and make them available. Your thoughts?

Yes, it does, but PayPal and eBay work together.

They are 2 totally separate companies, the only link is that on ebay you can use paypal to pay for your items if you want to.

You can also use a debit or credit card but it does not mean ebay work together with those card companies.
