Ripped off

Someone recently purchased an item from me and when I shipped the item he opened a feud against me and the payment was on hold. I provided all necessary proofs about the item being shipped but i still haven’t received the payment yet. Please help ?

Funds are normally released when tracking shows the item as DELIVERED.
