I bought some light sabres from an ad on Facebook in December, I got sent junk. the resolution centre has messed up my claim , so I had to start again. The resolution was supposed to be sorted by 7/4 but still nothing, does anyone else have any ideas how to get this sorted out, phone calls seem to be a waste of time?
