I ordered a takeaway on Saturday 25th April which came to 22.40 on line. Payed with PayPal. Then it said it hadn't worked. So I ordered again same thing same takeaway shop this time it came to 22.90..So once again I payed with PayPal. Looked like that one had worked. So waiting for takeaway and checking on line banking app said two payments had had gone from bank account. I then reported it to PayPal as a fraudulent claim due to the fact at this point had found that the shop was closed. So reported it fraudulent because I thought the takeaway had took two payments. PayPal say I'm not going to get a refund. TAKEAWAY SHOP WAS CLOSED. NO FOOD WAS DELIVERED. 2 PAYMENTS SHOWED ON BANKING APP X PLEASE HELP. YOU CAN'T PAY FOR WHAT YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED. MANY THANKS
