Sent a package on April 13th and the tracking still has it in transit on April 17th. Buyer wanst money back but I have another package shipped the same day that is finally moving to its location. If I give the money back and the package finally arrives how would I get my money back? Can't get through to eBay so any help would be great.
Way too early to refund, what is the buyer thinking.
Tell them you will only refund if the parcel shows as missing or undelivered after 30 days.
In the meantime if they open a dispute it would take at least 2 weeks before paypal reviewed to make a decision and by then tracking should show the item as delivered and you would win any dispute for non receipt of item.
