I was referred by my friend, he sent me 0.01$ and then I signed up to Paypal and later on linked my debit card and thereby sent 5$ to another friend and hence fulfilling referral program. But we both did not get any referral amount yet. Are we wrong somewhere? PS: I sent 5$ after I enrolled for Paypal Cash Plus account and my friend did send me 0.01$ from his paypal cash account.
