I've had this acct for a few years and I mostly use it to make purchases. However on a few occasions when someone was trying to send me payment it would never be allowed. The sender would always receive an error message "sorry, this payment can't be completed due to regulations"
I contacted my bank but all is good on their end. How do I find out what these regulations are and how do I resolve them? None of the person's I know with PayPal have this issue as they are able to receive funds locally and internationally.
