Recepiant phone disconnected

Hi. If a recepiant's mobile phone has changed will they receive notice of payment. They have used paypal to accept money before but have a new phone number?

If the phone number has been changed, the receiver will still be notified through their registered email address. Here's the link to update the phone number.
