Received shipment after filing claim, but it is NOT what I ordered and NO WAY TO CONTACT PAYPAL
I filed a claim after 6 weeks for not receiving my order. Paypal started the process, shortly after I received a shipment with something in it, but it's NOT WHAT I ORDERED and I cant find a way to contact paypal anywhere on their site. I've been a PP member for almost 20 years and I'm getting ready to close the account due to frustration over a $60 order...
So, I guess I wait until they get around to telling me I received my order then tell them I've been duped? Why is there no way to contact a real human at paypal???
