How do you get this company to refund your money that they didn't send to seller and won't refund to me. PayPal sent a receipt for the purchase but I opened PayPal account after the purchase so no activity on my account and can't file dispute because no activity on the account. You'd think after I send screen shot of PayPal receipt email then they would start porocess for refund? Right? Oh no the agent discontinues the communication in the message center. CAN ANYONE HELP ME???
