I am just curious of what is the purpose Paypal ? I am looking for answers from fellow members. PayPal and their Volunteer advisers would be bias & I am sincerely looking for Honest reasons, examples or whatever that comes from personal Experience dealing with PayPal as a CONSUMER. Thank You
