i have a problem with my account i have created my account at age 17 , but i failed to verify at that time cause i didnt have any id at that time and when i turned 18 so i try to verify my age and i done the deposit also but still i cant send money or buy any service with Paypal and i still message to Help desk they said to open new account , and i have tried that but my bank account attached to this account and the card also when i tried to so i got this.Help me out.
