Poorly trained call center, poorly managed transactions?

After two days of trying to get one of the American call centers, I am tired of the lying, incompetent, call center in the Manilla, Philippines, is there any reason to keep using Paypal? There seems to be no consistency in what they say or handle things.

 

With more and more options, is it necessary for sellers to be volunarily tortured?
