Pitney Bowes breaking the law!!

Posted on
I know many have this problem but I'm surprised as to why no one but me seems to do anything. I can only speak for myself with this but here goes.. To import an item into the uk that is duty free you must comply with certain rules. Either collect it yourself or only use it for yourself and the item must be less than £125. Pitney Bowes charges people import and duty when none is needed. It doesn't matter what ebay says or what contract says what.. PB are breaking the law and unless more people challenge them, they won't stop. This month they've stolen £72 from me and I will get it back from them weather the like it or not.
