Yes PayPal, that is all I can say. After all this years of using your services you have decided to start using bots to handle disputes. Sellers have become very aware of it and know what responses to send so that the dispute is resolved in their favour.....

 

After case was resolved ignoring my detailed comments, I sent a complaint, which has not been even acknowledged.

I am sad to see the organisation is changing, and losing what once Pay-Pal used to be their key value proposition: Protection for customers.
