Paypal transfer to visa ING

Hi everyone, I transfered money from my paypal account to my Visa ING card  (Romania) with Instant transfer, but the money are not there 30 min after, even though I get the message the transfer was successful. I will call the bank but what is your experience with this?

I have the same issue and it's been over 10h. Did you had any conclusions? 

If you got your money can you please let me know what was the procedure?
