When is a good time to contact Paypal US support? We have a business to run and I have been trying thi[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]and after 40 minutes they hang up. Then after 40 minutes I get someone who has obviously never used paypal before. I feel like i am trying to teach algebra to your dog. They literally have no concept of how online buying and selling works.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

This is a perfect example of Paypal "customer support"

Yes I know how to click contact us. I also know how to dial a telephone

The problem is waiting on hold for 40 minutes and getting hung up on. Then waiting on hold 40 minutes again and get representatives who obviously never used Paypal before and couldn't possibly help with anything.

Click on the words Help/contact. Like you are talking to a monkey. 

You forgot a few steps

First you need to make sure you have a browser installed

Then you need to connect to the internet

Then in the address bar at the top type "http://www.paypal.com"

Then where you see the words "email" type in your email address

Then where you see the words "password" type in your password.

All I can tell you is how to contact them, HOW or WHEN they reply I have no control over.

Secondly you did NOT say you had tried Facebook or Twitter and not having the powers of telepathy I gave up my time to post that information for you.
