I’ve made a purchase April 16 of this year with the receipt number 0706-1711-2713-9091 from Chinatera Limited. I can’t file a dispute because I don’t see it in my recent activity, therefore I can’t file a dispute. I believe I have been scammed and would like my refund. I bought a camera for $125.99.
