PayPal no longer to offer services

Has anyone spoke to a LIVE AGENT post lockdown. Anyone know how to speak to a LIVE AGENT & not a robot in the uk. Any one know when PayPal will RE OPEN their customer service phone lines in UK or the world for that matter ??

If we can't help you then these are your options...

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

I have done all of what Tony suggested and got nowhere. PayPal staff are totally incompetent and absolutely no phone staff working in U.K.  They are just milking the government and providing zero service. I am looking at starting a legal action to sue them. Anyone wanting to join me is welcome, they have kept my money illegally for seven months now
