Set up PayPal cash... Where did it go!? Don't see "Balance" Had balance, wanted to use it for a purchase and it was no longer a choice as I was checking out. Where is my money?

If you were trying to send a payment through your account, and there were funds in your balance, our internal security system may have prevented the balance from being used towards the payment that you were sending. 

I would advise you to try completing the payment at a later time. If you could also please try deleting your temporary internet files on the device that you are using, and then if you try this on a different browser, this could help with completing your payment.
