PayPal Support asks me to contact them via email, but there's no email.

What we need from you is to contact us, from the email attached to your previous PayPal account, "******@gmail.com".

• Go to www.paypal.com and log in to your account.

• Click Contact Us at the bottom of the page.

• Click Email Us. ( There's no such option )

• Select a topic and specify your request by selecting a sub-topic.

• Enter your question in the field indicated and click SendEmail.
  
  
  Even though you can not log in to your *******@gmail.com PayPal account, by emailing us through that email address, will allow us to take action and proceed per your request.

PayPal simply has awful customer support services. I tried for hours to report fraud and ran into a stone wall at each turn. I haven't tried venmo but I'm probably going to use them from now on. It can't be worse than PayPal
