I paid off my account some time ago but PayPal demonstrates to me that I should not use it ever again by regularly sending messages inviting me to buy something with my credit, however they are not competent enough to show the correct updated and approved credit amount. If PayPal cannot get that right and cannot provide a way to communicate with them, why should I or anyone else use their "service". Everyone who does without demanding these simple things (and probably many others that I am not aware of) be corrected, is simply allowing them to provide sloppy, slovenly "service" which will eventually be hacked at the users expense.
