Can someone please tell me why it takes a PayPal Agent forever to answer me when I need help? I've been waiting for someone to reply to my message for well over 9 hours now and I tried calling but all I got was an automated answering machine that told me all the agents were busy. Really? I can't even get an agent over the phone? I'm just trying to figure out if its because they have little employees or if there are a lot of customers that are having issues right now with PayPal. And if there are a lot of customers that have issues, then there is definitely something wrong with PayPal. What is going on?
