Hello there I ordered a product from China in January and it has not arrived yet. I have sent messages to the company and they keep saying that delayed orders and shipping I’d due to the “COVID 19 outbreak. I have asked for a refund as I wanted product for a holiday, I have now had!! Has anyone experienced a delay in orders and how have you handled getting a refund please. Thankyou - Nursey55
China and the virus (epidemic) is a real problem / ... but does your seller give a tracking number or not ?. personally, I canceled an order in China, compromised the delivery time ... for an epidemic
