PAYPAL V's VENMO

if already have a PAYPAL acc. and use it regularly, then WHY do I need a VENMO acc.?

Is it not the same thing in the same ACC.?

Is VENMO more suited for person to person sales and money transfer and PAYPAL for consumer / cooperate sales?
