Opening account for teen

Is it possible open account for my son, who is 14? Can I open second account in my name but with his banc account? Or is there some other way?

@Irenaelkington Its against PayPal rules to open an account under the age of 18. If he does then when he has to verify it would be limited and he may not be able to open one when he is 18. Also you are only allowed 2 PayPal accounts if 1 is personal and the other business. If you have 2 of the same type then again they are all limited. Best wait till hes 18.
