i have heard negative comments about the customer service by papal. However, it is far beyond my expectation the paypal have not sent any feedback regarding my formal complaint about poor call service by email one week ago. I do not think there is any good reason for not replying to the complaint over one week.
It would be great if anyone may share more effective way for complaint.
