No Live Representatives During Covid?

So, there is absolutely no way to speak to an actual person? I am having issues with my account, and I have gone through the steps emailed to me in order to resolve them. The issues remain, yet it seems there is no live contact. Is this really the case?

Yes I am having the same issue. In order for them to do a quick confirmation its me, it has telephone number I don't use any longer, and no matter how I chat with someone through my other account for help, they can't help me. It's frustrating.
