Helloo. I'm in Nairobi kenya and I intend to buy an electronic from USA.The seller has sent me a PayPal link to make payment. Is it safe to make payment via the link?
Make sure its a business paypal.me link and if its not make sure you tick the box to make it a goods/services payment.
HOWEVER even so if you get the item and its misdescribed then paypal would look at how the item was described on the payment method to decide the outcome so it would be much better if the seller sent you a money request or invoice with FULL details of what you are paying for.
